Services are Dallas/Fort Worth based. We are available for travel. All services for Nancy are billed at an hourly rate of $200.

• Preshopping is billed in 15-minute increments (quarter hour minimum per store).
• Returns/exchanges are free.
• For each booked referral, you receive one hour free!
• The clock begins when we arrive at our destination. There is no charge for travel time. Lunch stops are complimentary.

Buy Request requires a credit card number to hold your appointment. You may cancel without penalty up to forty eight hours in advance. After that, you will be charged for the total scheduled appointment time, plus any preshopping time that has already occurred. If your appointment is able to be rebooked in that 48 hour window, you will not incur any cancellation fees.

LookBook: Your style captured in our trademark seasonal style reference book: $250 plus photography time, or complimentary with 10+ hours of service and photography time.

Fashion Shows: Price varies depending on scope of event; contact us for information.

We shop with your credit cards — we have secure relationships with several preferred stores (and can leverage your existing accounts). Only one person handles your transactions, so your information is safe. No one knows your business except the store management.

Travel time is billed at half rate.

• The clock starts when the consultant leaves home and ends upon arrival at the client’s destination.
• Travel time for the return trip begins when we leave the client’s home and ends when we arrive home.
• Flight times are scheduled so arrival is either early morning to allow for our session to begin in the afternoon or late evening so our time together begins the following morning.
• All expenses are paid for by the client and include airfare, lodging, transportation and meals.
• The workday is billed at a flat rate, based on an 8-hour day. A partial workday, five hours or less, is prorated accordingly.
